This Privacy Policy explains how Soon Robotics ("Soon Robotics," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Kestrah, our websites, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Information you provide. Account details such as your name and email address, the contents of your conversations with Kestrah, household or member settings you configure, and messages you send to our support team.
- Information collected automatically. Device and usage information such as app and browser type, operating system, IP address, general location, interaction logs, and diagnostic data, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Information from third parties. Limited information from service providers and authentication partners you use to sign in.
How we use information
We use information to provide, maintain, and improve the Services; to personalize Kestrah's responses; to communicate with you about updates, security, and support; to protect the safety and integrity of the Services; and to comply with legal obligations.
The S.O.U.L. Stack and your data
The S.O.U.L. Stack™ is our independent governance layer. It is designed to keep intelligence aligned with truth, safety, and human dignity. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content of your conversations to build advertising profiles.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate the Services: with service providers who process data on our behalf under contract; when required by law or to respond to valid legal process; to protect the rights, safety, and property of Soon Robotics, our users, or the public; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will provide notice of any change in how your information is handled.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of certain jurisdictions, including the EEA, the United Kingdom, and California, may have additional rights under applicable law.
Children's privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Where a member under 18 uses Kestrah, we provide parent or guardian oversight features and process such information accordingly. If you believe a child has provided us personal information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
International users
Soon Robotics is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
